fracture & neptune We met at college back in 1995. We both liked the same kind of beats back then and Fracture had decks so I used to go to his house for a mix. We both started doing pirate radio in 2000/2001 and then we moved to internet radio after that. We had a friend at college who was building up a studio so we used to go round to his house and fool about on the sampler. Once we had got the taste of making beats we decided to build up our own studio. Eventually we want halves on a sampler and haven’t looked back since. At first we were just messing around experimenting with sounds and stuff and then we built up more of a studio and started making tunes. Once we thought we had a few decent tunes we gave out a demo CD to a few people. Danny Breaks picked up on one tune called ‘Discharge’. This was in March 2002 and since then things have gone from strength to strength. We had our debut release on Droppin’ Science in December 2002 which was Deadlands/Discharge. We now have tunes forthcoming on Streetbeats, Inperspective, Outsider and Paradox Music. We have also been showcasing our stuff around Southern England. We have played in Oxford, Reading, Southampton and London. We go down to Technicality @ Herbal every month and DJ there also. I think that club has been a good stage for us to propel our music forward. We now have a sponsorship deal with Aerosoul as well.
