DON-E, OMAR & KARL HINDS LAUNCH THE SOUNDS OF UNDERGROUND LONDON @ SMOOVE, MINISTRY OF SOUND Aerosoul limited, the leading name in street wear, presents Soul:Control (sounds-of-underground-London) at Smoove Ministry of Sound on 17th of June 2005. Founded back in 1998 by London born graphic designer Leke Aerosoul's vision was to become a premier British street wear label with world-wide appeal. To celebrate the re-launch of the brand, Leke has pulled together some of the UK's finest Urban artists to compile a limited edition compilation, entitled 'Soul Control' which features the hottest tracks from Omar, Don-E, Paradox , Ill Logic & Raf, Karl Hinds, Roots Manuva, Rodney p , A.I , London Electricity , TY plus many more. An album that is a true representation of the Aerosoul philosophy that aims to always encourage positive association with British cultural icons. Due to the brands dedication for reflecting British youth culture, designs such as the much-loved Junglist Movement have become an underground logo for a generation, gaining well deserved respect for its high quality, cutting edge designs that reflect current street trends. The street-wise threadz have featured in cult films such as Human Traffic and soap series Hollyoaks, as well as being featured on The BBC, Channel 4, MTV and Trouble TV. 17th of June is not to missed as Aerosoul celebrates in true style by taking over Ministry Of Sound's Award winning weekly urban club night - SMOOVE. This party promises to be an urban shake down! LIVE PA's IN THE BAR! Don-E will be performing club favourite 'Back Again' and his liquid smash 'One Stop To Glory' he is also joined by godfather of modern UK soul Omar, who will be performing his Broken beat club smash 'It's So', they will also be performing 'No Reason'. Karl Hinds will also join the mix by performing 'Lets Hav It' with the Aerosoul twist! AEROSOUL TAKES CONTROL OF THE BABY BOX! Aerosoul will be hosting the Baby Box with Leke Aerosoul spinning classic hip hop cuts, Spoonface (FAADA) steps up to spin the freshest broken beats, liquid drum and bass favourites Ill Logic & Raf will be mixing it up with a soul/funk eclectic set. If that isn't enough we have called upon UK soul sensation Don-E who will be playing his first ever UK DJ set alongside the mighty Karl Hinds.
