Ever since the cult-classic film Human Traffic launched their ‘Junglist Movement’ T-shirts to ubiquity,
Aerosoul has grown to become notorious for generating garments that reflect urban culture and the
vibrant underground music scenes on which it thrives.
‘SOUL CONTROLLED’ (Sounds Of Underground London) brings together the impressive roster of artists who
proudly rep the Aerosoul logo on their chests for a CD project packed with exclusives, dubs and remixes
from across the spectrum of underground music.

Among the likes of Karl Hinds, Spectrasoul, Roots Manuva, Artificial Intelligence and Omar, the CD
features The Insiders, with who label boss Leke Adesoye has teamed up for a rather special
‘SOUL CONTROLLED’ launch party at London’s Herbal.

The Insiders’ Intrigue club nights in Bristol are of legendary status within the D&B scene and 2009 saw
the evolution of the brand into zeitgeist-seizing record label, Intrigue Music. This event sees Intrigue’s first
foray into the capital, and promises to pack the downstairs of the Shoreditch club with the ocean-deep
sounds with which it has become synonymous.
And while Break, D-Bridge, Ill Logic & Raf and of course The Insiders and Leke himself roll out the deeper
shades of d&b, upstairs Aerosoul host a blend of broken beats, nu soul, house and dubstep from names
like Zero T, A.I., Steve ‘Tha 4orce’ Ellington and Domu.
